  • Seller & Marketplace: Sellers must comply with FSSAI, BIS, and Consumer Protection laws, ensuring no counterfeit goods and full product transparency.
  • Data & Privacy: User data is protected under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, with rights to access, rectify, or delete personal information.
  • Content Moderation: Content is monitored using AI and human review, with removal of non-compliant material and sanctions for repeat offenders.
  • Advertising: Ads must follow ASCI guidelines, with no misleading claims and full disclosure for political advertisements.

Enforcement & Violations

Violations are categorized by severity, with appropriate actions taken to maintain platform integrity:
